Downloading and Logging In
Scenario: I can't find the application in the app store
- 1. Use these links to take you direct the application:

- 2. If still unable to access, contact your league administrator.
Scenario: I can't log in to the Match Day Application
- 1. Check you are using the correct login credentials.
- 2. Use the "Forgot Password" link if needed to reset password.
- 3. If still unable to access, please contact your appointments officer:

Pre-Match - Team Sheet Access
Scenario: I can't find my upcoming match
- 1. Make sure you're looking under the correct date and competition.
- 2. Check in MOAS that you are able to see the fixture.
- 3. Further to this, please contact your appointments officer:

Scenario: Club has submitted the team sheet but need to make a change
- 1. Changes can be made up until the submission deadline.
- 2. After the deadline, club should notify match official and opponent club.
- 3. Match Official has ability to make change to the submitted sheet.
- 4. Teamsheet is then updated for all parties.
Post-Match - Recording Events
Scenario: How do I record match events?
- Within Post Match area, enter Match Events section to log:
- Goals (select scorer and minute)
- Substitutions
- Cautions or dismissals
Scenario: I entered an event incorrectly (before submitting)
- Click the event to select more options, here you can edit or delete.
Scenario: I entered an event incorrectly (after submitting)
- 1. Inform league administrator:

- 2. They will advise on the next steps.
Scenario: What's required before submitting the match report?
- 1. Confirm all match events are entered.
- 2. Review and submit the report before the deadline.
Scenario: Missed the submission deadline
- 1. Confirm all match events are entered.
- 2. Submit through application, this will be register the late submission.
Technical Issues
Scenario: The app is not responding or I encountered an error
- 1. Try refreshing or restarting the application.
- 2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling
- 3. Make note of the error (screenshot if possible).
- 4. If a failure occurs on the day of the fixture, the club are responsible for organising paper teamsheets in replacement of the application.

Scenario: I need to view or re-access a past match
- 1. Go to the fixtures page
- 2. Scroll up to the relevant fixture.

Pre-Match - Team Sheet Entry
Scenario: I can't find my upcoming match
- 1. Make sure you're looking under the correct date and competition.
- 2. If it's missing, please contact your appointments officer.
Scenario: A player is missing from the squad list
- 1. Confirm the player is correctly registered with your league. Check that your club administrator can see them in iFAS.
- 2. Contact your league administrator.
Scenario: How do I enter the Starting 11, Substitutes and Staff?
- 1. Click the pre match section of the application.
- 2. Select each player by clicking on his/her name.
- 3. Next, swipe to move the next section then enter staff from SRS list – if not on the list, use free text to enter a staff member.
- 4. Next, swipe to move the next section and select the captain by clicking on his/her name before submitting teamsheet.
- 5. Finally, if required, on the competitions page, assign shirt numbers to the previously selected players.
Scenario: I've submitted the team sheet but need to make a change
- 1. Changes can be made up until the submission deadline.
- 2. After the deadline, notify both the opponent club and match official.
- 3. It is the responsibility for the Match Official to make any alterations to the teamsheet after the deadline for submission has passed.
Scenario: I submitted the team sheet too early
- 1. If the submission window is still open, you may be able to edit.
- 2. Otherwise, see steps for scenario above.
